Elon Musk-owned SpaceX has been barred from accepting pre-orders for its upcoming satellite broadband services in India. The communications ministry said that the tech billionaire's broadband from-space venture is not a licensee in India and issued a public advisory asking Indian citizens not to subscribe to its Starlink satellite
