1. Nobody is your friend in the corporate world.
2. People are friendly to your till the time your helping them.
3. Use your brain leave your heart at home.
4. There is no use of feelings in corporate world
5. Be accountable for your work.
6. Don’t please anybody for anything.
7. Work hard and stay in your world.
8. Be friend with people who are genuine.
9. Don’t keep your boss or lead on pedestal just to get some uplift.
10. Your boss is friendly to you when your working really hard and respect boundaries.
11. Work hard and respect everyone.
12. Don’t judge people based on their productivity.
13. Stay real and don’t make excuses for the work not been done.
14. Don’t work more than the working hours.
15. Don’t take work load it will be done eventually.
16. Take up new challenges and be competitive but don’t get burnt out.
17. Be on time and leave on time.
18. Don’t be loid about your work just do your best and get better everyday.
19. Don’t reply to mails when your angry.
20. Be in a mood of joy and the work will be done quickly.( i do this everyday to do the work i feel energetic and positive)

My Experience In Multi Global Company-

1. Dress Well. You don't have to buy expensive clothes everyday just simple, less printed, neat & non ripped is enough.
2. Don't do snacking/Munching while working. Instead take a 5 minutes break and finish the food you have.
3. Whenever you go for the office make sure to leave your other worries at home.
4. Smell good always. Don't put the whole bottle of perfume on your body.
5. Always wear ID card if the company provides. Follow the rules of the company, even if yours colleagues don't
6. Never jump into any conversation, instead let them complete first then move ahead.
7. Never be a part of office politics! You will end up losing your job.
8. Don't take too much leaves if not urgent as it makes the impression of careless.
9. Don't work for extra hours if you're not getting paid or to make a good impression in front of your seniors. Its absolutely not worth it
10. Be polite as much as you can even with your rude seniors because in office because we don't know when we have to ask for help.
11. Try to switch into another department of the office to learn more.
12. Work on your excel,ppt,word and communication skills.
13. Never ever share your personal life with your office colleagues and manager.. even if you think they its worth sharing coz I feel in the corporate world that could actually backfire.
14. Learn to find solutions instead of giving up!
15. Always make sure to clean your table, don't make it mess.
16. Try to seat with your seniors and learn what they've done to get the position they achieve today. Observe how they think and how they work
17. Don't use to much phone because it makes doubt on your productivity.
18. Never get over friendly with your colleague. They can leave you anytime and they can even flip when its come to promotion.
