According to officials, the alleged unfair practices in NSE occurred between 2010 and 2015. Until March 2013, Ravi Narain was the NSE's Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. Chitra Ramkrishna was the company's Deputy CEO at the time. She succeeded Ravi Narain and headed the NSE till December 2016.
