PROFESSIONAL ADVISORY TO OUR BELOVED AND RESPECTED P.M.MR.MODI AND HOME MINISTER MR.AMIT SHAH AND DEFENCE MINISTER MR.RAJNATH SINGH.

I am from Border town of Ferozopur-Punjab and have seen wars of 1965 and 1971.At that time we as civilians took part in digging trenches and doing night petrolling for the safety of our people in the town.I still remember sound of low flying nets and Mig fighter aircrafts flying thru roof top of my home in Punjab and could see ground to air defence battaries to shoot down saber jets coming from Pakistan.At that time only Border states of India were effected in wars with Pakistan.

But now war scenario has completly changed and missiles of enemy can hit any town any time from the sky.Now my question to the our TRIDEV Team of MODI JI -AMIT SHAH-and Mr.RAJNATH SINGH JI is that why do not we start a proactive approach to safegaurd our civilians in case of war.We must learn lesson from ongoing war in Ukraine.

I can predict a limited war (hope it does not happen) may be in second half of 2023 and now govt must become active and advise its citizens to start making safety bunkers.

SUGESSTIONS

1.In every city and village process of constructing underground or over the ground safety bunkers must start.

2.In all new upcoming residential and commercial complexes making bunkers to accomodate civilians  must be made compulsory before sanctioning building plans.OR the car parking areas in the basements to made equipped with rescue facilities.

3.Basic training to the civilians thru TV programmes or other digital media must get started to educate as to how to save lives in case of war situation.

4.Disastar management teams should be developed among people themselves.

5.Make the local MPs and MLAs (Although they are the first to hide themselves in army bunkers without caring for general public) responsible to ensure the implementation of security measures as suggested above.

6.100% people participation should be done as we Indians in emergency expect everthing to be done by Government without taking own self responsibility.

7.Ex-Army officers should be involved in training the civilians to achive these security measures.

8.Our Industrialists to be advised to manufacture life saving FIRSTAID BOXES to handle war emergengies.

9.As Communication system may get destroyed the alternative Satcom to be kept ready /made available for communication.

10.So far military training in educational insitutions is not compulsory but now it must be made compulsory without delay and such training to students must be by military personnel only.

11.Our readiness to face nuclear attack by civilians is just ZERO and hence entire populace need to be trained for all these deadly outcome.Japan faced it in WW2.

Above are just a few suggestions but lot is to be done to prepare our country to save ourselves.
