Beginning July 2018 I started learning Japanese language by self study to fulfill my long cherished desire of learning this language for my professional growth and my unending love for singing Japanese  songs.

I started taking help  of youtube's presentations by many different sites.Many sites give you life time free access after you pay a small amount of membership fee (but very cheap  as compared to joining any Local Language School Including travelling costs),Initially I was confused as to how should I prepare on a consistent basis without my referring to so many websites available.My working with Japanese for almost 13 years in the organisations like Jay Ushin Limited and with NHK Spring India Limited (With head Quarters at Yokohama-Japan) helped me a lot in understanding the basic Japanese Culture-Manners and Etiquettes and slang.

Finally after evaluation of so many websites I clicked at COSCOM.CO.JP and I started going through the contents and evaluating potential use of this site.At last my extensive Search ended here.I paid for the life time membership fee and started using this site on regular basis.I am happy to inform that after studying from this site I could clear my JLPT N5 in Dec 2018 in first attempt and now preparing for N3 to be held in Dec 2021.(Big gap due to Covid19 Cancellation of Last three exams)

Let me summarize in brief the main advantages of this valuable site.

7.While studying on line one can also take down Kanji  Charts by downloading PDF files provided.

8.Most important thing to highlight is one to one interaction through CONTACT QUESTION  section with site Manager who solves any query very promptly.

9.And last but not the least COSCOM Language services is having lot of text books which were developed by them and also matches with the site frame/ teaching also and all are low cost.

Question :What is the best advice your mother ever gave you?

I was about ten. My mom had just finished creating one of her amazing meals, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Delicious. Later, as I was washing the dishes, my mom came up to me. “Sorry, dinner was so awful again,” she said.

I was shocked. “What? No, it was great. I loved it.”

“Really?” she said, with mock surprise. “You always eat so quietly, never saying anything. You’ve never told me you liked my cooking, so I thought you hated it.”

“No, you’re the best cook I know.”

“Then you should tell me that,” she said. “Whenever someone does something nice for you, you should thank that person. If you don’t, then she might think she’s not appreciated and stop doing those nice things.”

Something clicked right then. From that day onward, I thanked everyone for literally everything. If anyone did something that even vaguely helped me, I thanked that person profusely. It became a habit, something I didn’t even think about, and that’s when the magic started happening.

People liked me more. They talked to me more, shared with me, were more friendly. In my first year of high school, during the final week, I came home and found a giant freezie (a kind of sweet frozen snack) waiting for me. “Thanks, mom!” I said instinctively.

“This isn’t from me, she said. “This is from your bus driver.” He had been driving that bus for years, and my siblings and I were the first people to ever thank him as we got dropped off. Those two simple words made a huge difference, so much so that he went out of his way to tell our mom and give us a present.

That’s the power of appreciation. When you have it, all is right in the world, but when it’s missing life is empty. My mom taught me many things, but taking two seconds to say ‘thank you’ every time, in any situation, was the best.

You will pick up your bag thinking its your bag because your name is tagged to the bag, and then you will be accosted, accused & arrested for having hard drugs in your bag. And sometimes, they will allow you to check out and take your bag home, only for their agents to visit you at home to kill you before collecting their bags. A lot of innocent people from America, UK etc are in jail now who know nothing about hard drugs but were picked up at airports for bringing hard drugs into the country.

The Opposition is working on a very sinister plot.

Knowing fully well, they cannot defeat Modi and BJP in 2024 Lok Sabha Elections, and knowing fully well, their days will be numbered if they loose, they are working on a very sinister plot.

If Opposition cannot put up a combined strength to rout BJP and Modi, and place their own PM, they have started working on a second line of action.

If not PM Post, why not the Presidents Post ?? 

The opposition is putting up their combined strength to put up a very senior, well supported by all parties, as their candidate for President’s election. 

Once they get their own President, the same can put a spanner in entire functioning of the Government.

The President will stall and send back each and every bill passed by the Lok Sabha and Raja Sabha.  

He will literally stop all Government functioning, till the Government buckles and comes to their knees. 

And force the Government to reverse all decisions not favourable to the opposition.   

The President will negotiate with the Government to drop all cases against corrupt ministers, by virtually bringing entire Government machinery to halt. 

And force Government to withdraw CAA, Citizenship Act, 370 etc etc which are unfavourable to the opposition.  

The Common candidate who will be supported unanimously by all Opposition parties is Sharad Pawar. Sharad Pawar is gearing up to stand for the post of President. 

And the Master Stretigist Prashant Kishor has been put on for the job, under direct guidance and supervision by Mamta Banerjee. 

After his recent grand success in WB polls, the combined opposition is looking at him to deliver. 

Presently the seats in Vidhan Sabha are favourable to the opposition. With recent victory at West Bengal, the scale has tilted in favour of the opposition.

To get their own President selected.

Only hope for BJP is to get good number of seats in UP Elections. 

If they get thumping majority in UP, they have the numbers to get a President of their choice.

If they do not get desired seats in UP, they will have a very tough time against a combined opposition, who will be supported by Congress, NCP, Shiv Sena, Akhilesh Yadav’s Samajwdi party, Laloos RJD, Mamta Banerjee, Kejriwal’s AAP, Akali Dal, DMK, CPI, CPM, Chandrababu’s Telgu Desem and all other Laloo Panjoos. 

With a strong base of MLCs in opposition ruled states, the opposition has good chance of getting their choice of President elected.  

Only hope is Bijoo Patnaik of Orisa may not join the opposition and May support BJP in Presidential Elections. To wait and watch. 

BJP has to be very careful next few months, to garner all possible support from small region parties so that their strength in Sate Vidhan Sabha is good enough to defeat combined opposition, with or without UP Seats.

If BJP looses the Presidential race, then even with a 400 seats and thumping victory in 2024 Lok Sabha elections will not help them run the Government, if they dont have their own President. 

Very frightening period ahead for the Country. 

And knowing all this, the Opposition is leaving no stone unturned to ensure getting their supported candidate gets elected as the next President of India.

Government announces major telecom reforms package

 

The government has finally answered the distress call from the telecom sector with a set of nine structural reforms that address some of the major grievances of the sector.

The contentious definition of the Adjusted Gross Revenue (AGR) has also been revamped with non-telecom revenue excluded from its purview. The telecom companies have contested the AGR definition and have been burdened with pending AGR dues.

FDI reforms have also been announced and will boost investments in this capital-intensive sector.

The move will help in bringing robustness in the sector and bring fresh investment to the sector.

Auctions will mostly be held in the last quarter of the financial year, telecom minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said.

Here are the major reforms that have been announced:

1. AGR: AGR definition rationalised and non-telecom revenue will be excluded.

2. Moratorium on dues: A much needed moratorium has been announced on statutory dues of the telecom sector for four years. This will improve the cash flow which can be used in more productive areas.

3. Spectrum user charges will be rationalized and there will be now an annual Penalty on payment of licence fees, spectrum user charges and all kinds of charges have been completely scrapped.

4. There will be a calendar for spectrum auction and it will usually take place in the last quarter of the financial year.

5. Spectrum sharing has been allowed; telecom operator can share where they deem beneficial.

6. FDI: In a major boost for the sector, the government has increased the FDI in the sector under automatic route from 49% to 100%.

7. Licence Raj scrapped: Customs notification of 1953 have been done away with. It will allow telecom operators to easily import equipments.

          Arunachal Pradesh Governor *P B Acharya* said, "Indians know more about the US than about the Northeast".

          He made a valid point - very few of us know enough about the Northeast.

          Here are some of the surprising facts about the Northeast.

          1. There are *eight states* in Northeast: Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Tripura, Sikkim, Nagaland.

          2. There are nearly *220 languages* spoken in the Northeast, It is a mix of Tibetan, South-east Asian and East Indian Cultures.

          3. Northeast is the only part of India that the *Mughal Empire could not conquer*.

          4. The *Ahom Dynasty*, which ruled the Northeast for 600 years, is the longest unbroken Dynasty in Indian history.

          5. The world's largest river island, the *Majuli* and the world's smallest river island, *Umananda* both are in the Northeast.

          6. *Seven prominent National Parks* of India are located in Northeast.

          7. *Shillong* is considered as the Rock Capital of India.

          8. *Mawsynram* in Meghalaya holds the Guinness World Record for being the Wettest Place on Earth.

          9. *Sualkuchi* in Assam is one of the World's largest weaving villages where the entire population is engaged in weaving Silk Fabrics.

          10. *Muga*, the Golden Silk of Assam, is not produced anywhere else in the World.

          11. It is the cleanest region in India. *Mawlynnong* in Meghalaya is the cleanest village in *entire Asia*.

          12. 70% of the country's *Orchids* are found in Northeast.

          13. Mizoram and Tripura are among the states with the highest *Literacy* rate in India.

          14. There is *no Dowry* culture in entire Northeast.

          15. Sikkim is the first state in the world where 100% of its agro produce is organic and certified so. Sikkim won the Future Policy Award 2018, beating 51 nominated policies from 25 countries, according to a statement. Policies from Brazil, Denmark and Quito (Ecuador) bagged silver awards.

*Writing on the Wall: Breakup of Afghanistan*

 

A master stroke by the US. This is what is going to happen in Afghanistan in the time to come. After spending enough time and money in Afghanistan , the US came to this conclusion that the only best possible solution for everlasting peace to prevail in the region and not be a threat to the world is by breaking up Afghanistan into smaller nations on the lines of Yugoslavia. For that to happen, without showing to the world its ultimate goal the US played its cards, the US of A withdrew its troops and personnel from Afghanistan.

It is impossible to believe that the US did not anticipate the fall of the Afghan administration would be so quick. It all played out as per the plan. The fall of Kabul and rebellion in Panjshir is all a part of the US plan for Afghanistan. Need I remind you of what happened in Yugoslavia prior to its breakup? The rise of Milosevic and the carnage he and his army and militia unleashed on the other ethnic minorities of the land and then NATO jumped in to bring his terror to zero in the name of humanity and eventually breaking up the country into six smaller nations. Now everyone is happy there and lives peacefully. This is exactly the US plan. First support and create some type of civil war in the region, which will lead to genocide by the Taliban and then a resolution in the UNSC will be moved by the US to end the humanitarian crisis and suggest breaking up Afghanistan into smaller ethnic nations so that the peace can prevail there, which I also personally believe is the best solution for the Afghan people and for the world.

I think, US and its allies must have realized and concluded that Talibanization of Afghanistan as a strategy is good for the world. While the Pakistan’s army and its people are celebrating Taliban victory, they are not realizing that the ultimate target of the West is to break Pakistan into 4 nations. In the northern frontier of Pakistan, the ethnic community of Pakistan is similar to Afghanistan’s. So in future when Afghanistan is broken the next in line would be Pakistan. 

 

Both Pakistan and Afghanistan are bankrupt nations and offer nothing of value to the world, yet this particular region of the world has been causing constant pain and giving anxiety to the world. Those in Pakistan who think that China will bankroll Taliban government are living in a fool’s paradise. No money from any sane nation will come there till there is peace in the region and with current confrontation between Taliban and Masood’s fighter that is highly unlikely to happen. So, no outside financial support to Taliban will pour in. Afghanistan under Taliban has exported only terrorism, hashish and mischievous asylum seekers. It is country with the worst economic, demographic, education, human development, health, women welfare, culture and entertainment, quality of life, trade, industry, agriculture, energy, security, communication, energy etc. The bigots of Pakistan’s government are trying very hard to convince the world that Taliban 2.0 is a different entity and the world can do business with them. But, can Pakistan explain to the world as to why there are 15 most wanted terrorists at the helm of the Afghan’s government. Pakistan is desperately seeking and canvassing for the Taliban, because if Taliban does not get the recognition and help it desperately needs, then to guns of Taliban with turn towards their masters in Pakistan. 

Pakistan and Taliban combine were milking the US for last few decades. Earlier in the name of Russian occupation of Afghanistan and later in the name of Al Qaida and terrorism. When the strategists of the pentagon and NATO realized this, the free lunch of last 20 years stopped. Soon, with no money, the factions within the Taliban will start to cannibalize smaller groups within themselves and ultimately turning towards this master, the ISI of Pakistan. Afghanistan will implode first and then explode leading to Pakistan’s fall. Pakistan will become a carbon copy of Afghanistan and will finally go the Afghanistan way. Break into 4 smaller nations.  

So in my opinion, now for the world, just sit back and watch the plan play out itself. World need not fear the Taliban, because the Pakistan’s bluff has been called by the world and finally the peace loving people of the world would be the winner in this game.
