A master stroke by the US. This is what is going to happen in Afghanistan in the time to come. After spending enough time and money in Afghanistan , the US came to this conclusion that the only best possible solution for everlasting peace to prevail in the region and not be a threat to the world is by breaking up Afghanistan into smaller nations on the lines of Yugoslavia. For that to happen, without showing to the world its ultimate goal the US played its cards, the US of A withdrew its troops and personnel from Afghanistan.
It is impossible to believe that the US did not anticipate the fall of the Afghan administration would be so quick. It all played out as per the plan. The fall of Kabul and rebellion in Panjshir is all a part of the US plan for Afghanistan. Need I remind you of what happened in Yugoslavia prior to its breakup? The rise of Milosevic and the carnage he and his army and militia unleashed on the other ethnic minorities of the land and then NATO jumped in to bring his terror to zero in the name of humanity and eventually breaking up the country into six smaller nations. Now everyone is happy there and lives peacefully. This is exactly the US plan. First support and create some type of civil war in the region, which will lead to genocide by the Taliban and then a resolution in the UNSC will be moved by the US to end the humanitarian crisis and suggest breaking up Afghanistan into smaller ethnic nations so that the peace can prevail there, which I also personally believe is the best solution for the Afghan people and for the world.
I think, US and its allies must have realized and concluded that Talibanization of Afghanistan as a strategy is good for the world. While the Pakistan’s army and its people are celebrating Taliban victory, they are not realizing that the ultimate target of the West is to break Pakistan into 4 nations. In the northern frontier of Pakistan, the ethnic community of Pakistan is similar to Afghanistan’s. So in future when Afghanistan is broken the next in line would be Pakistan.
Both Pakistan and Afghanistan are bankrupt nations and offer nothing of value to the world, yet this particular region of the world has been causing constant pain and giving anxiety to the world. Those in Pakistan who think that China will bankroll Taliban government are living in a fool’s paradise. No money from any sane nation will come there till there is peace in the region and with current confrontation between Taliban and Masood’s fighter that is highly unlikely to happen. So, no outside financial support to Taliban will pour in. Afghanistan under Taliban has exported only terrorism, hashish and mischievous asylum seekers. It is country with the worst economic, demographic, education, human development, health, women welfare, culture and entertainment, quality of life, trade, industry, agriculture, energy, security, communication, energy etc. The bigots of Pakistan’s government are trying very hard to convince the world that Taliban 2.0 is a different entity and the world can do business with them. But, can Pakistan explain to the world as to why there are 15 most wanted terrorists at the helm of the Afghan’s government. Pakistan is desperately seeking and canvassing for the Taliban, because if Taliban does not get the recognition and help it desperately needs, then to guns of Taliban with turn towards their masters in Pakistan.
Pakistan and Taliban combine were milking the US for last few decades. Earlier in the name of Russian occupation of Afghanistan and later in the name of Al Qaida and terrorism. When the strategists of the pentagon and NATO realized this, the free lunch of last 20 years stopped. Soon, with no money, the factions within the Taliban will start to cannibalize smaller groups within themselves and ultimately turning towards this master, the ISI of Pakistan. Afghanistan will implode first and then explode leading to Pakistan’s fall. Pakistan will become a carbon copy of Afghanistan and will finally go the Afghanistan way. Break into 4 smaller nations.
So in my opinion, now for the world, just sit back and watch the plan play out itself. World need not fear the Taliban, because the Pakistan’s bluff has been called by the world and finally the peace loving people of the world would be the winner in this game.
