1. Don’t buy a house on loan, otherwise it will become a liability rather than an asset for the next 30 years of your life.
2. Don't buy a car from your primary income which is earned by your hard work, buy a car from the income your money makes, because the moment the car is transferred in your name by the company it looses 30% of its value and it isn't an asset anymore just a dead luxury.
3. Don't work for money, learn how to make money work for you.
4. Don't just end up doing job in your lifetime and earn fixed monthly income, always have a business running apart from your day job.
5. Don't be ignorant in knowing about taxes and laws. Ignorance about them will cost you a lot in future, if you could luckily understand them enough.
6. Don't earn money out of fear or greed, first manage your emotions and then think about what is right, how to earn and where to spend.
7. Don't pay taxes! Learn how to manage them.
8. Don't leave a question in the exam just because you can't answer all the points for the same, just keep the examiner engaged and hopeful.

9. Do not be devoid of knowing and learning new financial terms. (You may afford to skip learning new english words than to not know how tax is calculated).

10. Do not dream of spending money, dream of earning money. {For example:- People think of buying a bugatti or that sports bike (this is dreaming to spend) instead think of buying plots or stocks (this is dreaming to earn)}.
