Our Hon'ble Supreme Court has been interfering frequently in the functioning of Government.Then why do we need an elected Government.Supreme court has been even questioning Government decision pertaining to the security of our own country.When Jawans are killed Supreme court remains mum but when a stone pelter gets injured then it gets boiled.It wastes lot of its time in attending superfluous petitions getting filed by so called Anti India lobby but failing to quickly deciding matters pending before it.After CAG calculations only 2G scam came into limelight and SCI promtly cancelled licenses.But no Politician Involved was ever prosecuted and even if for a short time in jail got freed susequetly.Then came Telecom sector AGR issues which had been lingering on for so many years.It almost killed telecom Sector which is the back bone of the Country.Now SCI wants to kill banking Sector by coming out with a proposal to waive off interest on instalments deferred under Moratorium.Our Public money is invested in these PSUs and these banks were not financed by SCI money.
Is that SCI follows Central Govt directions to save guard its vote bank.Is it going to help you in Bihar elections???????
Now what you will do in case SCI asks you to withdraw army from Ladakh or Arunachal Pradesh or Sikkim as it hurts China????????
