As per the report by the Daily Mail, Dharmesh Sharma, the principal judge of the family court is the one looking for the affair. He had said the slow deliverance of the justice by the judiciary “casts a very sickening feeling in my mind.” The delay of judgment happened because of the two parties and their counsel who played a major role in the delay of the judgment.
After 20 days of their marriage, 53 years old Thirumoorthy Ramakrishna and 49 Years old Subhashini Bala Subramanian gets the legal divorce finalized now after 20 years. The two got married in the year 1998 and got separated from each other after 20 days of their married life. Since then, the two live separately. The wife Subhashini was arrested by the police for finding guilty in a case of fraud. She was wrongly accused of and then Ramakrishna filed for divorce on the grounds of cruelty that resulted further in him suffering from the stress after finding out the truth of the wife in just 20 days of marriage.
On the other side, the wife had stood on her note accusing her husband to abandon her and leave her to fend for herself and their daughter on own. She had informed her husband about being pregnant but still, the husband had abounded her claims the wife. The investigation began where the inquiries resulted in proving deep mental and physical cruelty for Ramakrishna. The husband had also said the court that the wife had hidden about her professional qualification and other details from him.
The legal battle started on right after 20 days of their marriage but the justice delayed in the matter. The Husband Rama had shifted to abroad currently and the ex-wife works as an accountant in India. The details of the current location of the two are not disclosed but the court has granted them the legal official divorce after 20 years long of the legal battle.
