NEW DELHI: Vodafone Idea (‘Vi’) has extended its suite of digital offerings by forging a strategic partnership with AI-powered healthcare platform MFine to offer instant chat and video-based consultation to its customers.

Through the MFine app, Vi customers can select a doctor from a trusted hospital with whom they wish to consult. They can directly chat or video consult with doctors to get prescriptions and routine care. The MFine app also allows patients to upload images, past medical records, and prescriptions.
