Today I attended the Function organised by India News Manch held at The Oberoi Hotel New Delhi upon their invitation.To my good luck the first session was with Telecom Minister Mr.Manoj Sinha.He informed that there will be speedy implementation of OFC connectivity to all village Panchayats.
On being asked about the purpose of latest Satellite launched by ISRO he clarified that this satellite shall not be helpful for 5G roll out but it shall be used for Broad Band connectivity in Hilly terrain of India like entire North east states and H.P. and UK.etc.But he informed that Telecom towers will be required in more numbers to achieve this.He further informed that roll out of 5G shall be at simultaneous in India along with launch by other major countries of the World in their respective countries.
