Hi Singhal Sir,

I was going through your blogs and could read both positive and negative reviews about GTL infra.I am an investor in this company and presently at loss.

Kindly let me know your views on this company,Will this turn around and shut down.I have been patient for long,Any guess will any investor be interested in buying this.I heard at some point in time Rel Jio might take over but that is unlikely.

I am not expecting anything in short term as there is consolidation in telecom and donot think towers are in demand,Any views on long term

Greetings!

First of all do not get scared by reading my blog as I had to write as Management is silent on the developments in the company and about status of Debt.I happened to meet Vodafone and other key persons related to Telecom Sector and all share a common opinion that The Towers business will not die as towers shall be required even for 5G implementation also but with OFC connectivity.But Tower Companies will have to rework on certain issues like Green energy/Cost reduction in maintenance etc.In my opinion as per the reports studied by me and my discussions with many of my professional colleagues in highly debt ridden companies Promoters try to squeeze the lenders to the maximum and buy out time.As far as GTL Infra is concerned the most positive aspect is that Physical assets are available.One will have to wait for may be around a year from now to see that this Company comes back on track.My main anguish is that why Mr.Manoj Tirodkar is feeling shy in sharing any information on the debt status and future plans of the Company.In my last opinion Reliance jio or even Idea-Vodafone will not be able to take over as the company is not on sale and not going thru NCLT so far.Just wait and watch.In case NDA wins in 2019 then I expect a big boost in telecom sector.As you are aware India just a day back Lauched its very powerful Communication satellite thru ISRO.Now Govt may be selling the spectrum shortly and that may prove to be turning point for telecom including GTL Infra.
