Who will benefit the most if BSNL and MTNL shut down? Why?

These types of groups will be benefited most-

1. Those who want more funding for their political parties as BSNL or any other PSU doesn't give them funds for election campaigns while private companies give. Suppose if any govt company shuts down and their customers shift towards private company and private sectors revenue increases, it will definitely give reward to Parties as a Fund.
2. Those who want the secrets of govt. depatrments like Defence, NIC, Banks etc. Almost each and every govt. organisations have taken leased lines, broadband, landline connections from govt owned company so that their data might not shared. If these company shuts down, there will be monopoly of private companies and there should be no wonder if our secret data is sold. Today already we see so many cases of data selling from private companies, although govt. put too much effort to stop this but all in vane.
3. Those who wanna make the country too backward and don't wanna see each part of India connected using mobile calls, data etc. Only BSNL is an operator that provides Network in all parts of India whether it's plane or Hill or any disaster stricken area. You might have seen during ‘FANI Tufaan in Odissa’ only BSNL network was present. Apart from this if you visit any Hill area like Munnar, Lachung, Laddakh etc. you will find only BSNL network. If Bsnl shuts down, are the other operators interested in providing the telecom facility in areas where revenue is much less than expenditure.
4. Those who wanna weaken the grip of govt over the telecom market, corporate sectors as there will be no regulatory company after Bsnl closure that can control the price in market beacause there will monopoly of private operators. They will rise tariff rates as they want.
5. Apart from above govt. will also get benefits of filling drowning economy reservoir, no matter whether it's short term. Ambition of 5 trillion economy may be filled for short terms and rulling party will use this as their weapon in election campaign as they did for air strike, surgical strike, Demonitisation, no matter these things lasts for long or not.
