Rashmi Thackeray has an important role and contribution behind the rise of Shiv Sena Chief. She has excellent skill and management capacity, which she used for the party behind the active platform.

I am keeping their contributions as following ways:-

• At the age of 40, Uddhav Thackeray was inspired to enter politics by his wife. Earlier, Uddhav was involved in Photography. When Raj Thackeray, cousin of Uddhav Thackeray was looking more active to run Bala Saheb legacy, Rashmi Thackeray had played an important role in convincing Bala Saheb to make a place for Uddhav Thackeray. She has succeeded well in this goal.
• Rashmi Thackeray has played a leading role in women's wing of Shiv Sena.
• It is Rashmi Thackeray, who has planned for her son Aditya Thackeray to come forward for fight Assembly election and projected for future CM of Maharashtra. Even Rashmi Thackeray has participated in managing the election campaign for her son.
• In the distribution of Ticket in Assembly election, 2019, she was a keen supporter for equal distribution of ticket and about power-sharing with BJP for Shiv Sena.
• Rasmi Thackeray has done election campaign in BMC election.
• Rashmi Thackeray has a better contribution when it was needed to join hands of NCP and Congress for Chief Ministership post in Maharashtra.
• When Sharad Pawar was adamant and declared, only Uddhav Thackeray will be Chief Minister for Maharashtra, then it was Rashmi Thackeray, who encouraged Uddhav Thackeray for agreeing to accept for CM. In the beginning, Uddhav Thackwray was not himself interested for CM post.
• Before the formation of government in Maharashtra, Rashmi Thackeray and her husband Uddhav Thackeray met the Governor of Maharashtra.

In brief, I can say, Rashmi Thackeray is very important personality behind Thackeray family. Leaders of Shiv Sena knows well about her contribution for Shiv Sena as well as for Chief of Shiv Sena. She has always preferred herself to stay in the background.

She is trying to be a good Advisorvor for Uddhav Thackeray. But I think, to make an alliance with an unparallel and mismatched ideological party like Congress and NCP, is not a good decision. It is also not going to be fruitful in future for Shiv Sena.
