The Supreme Court of India dismissed the Income Tax Appeal filed with a delay of 2472 days, thereby granting relief to M/s Vodafone Idea Limited. The SLP arose out of impugned final judgment and order dated 01-02-2023 in ITAT No. 3/2023 passed by the High Court at Calcutta.
