Vodafone had claimed a refund of Rs 102.74 crore, pertaining to the period between May 2019 to June 2019 concerning refund refund of Rs.52.43 crore.
In a major relief to Vodafone Idea, the Bombay High Courtsaid that International Long Distance (ILD) services are export of services, and allowing it a refund claim of over Rs 100 crore, which was rejected by the revenue department.
Bombay High Court bench of Justice K. R. Shriram and Justice Milind N. Jadhav were responding to the writ petition filed by the Vodafone-idea against the revenue department.
Vodafone had claimed a refund of Rs 102.74 crore, pertaining to the period between May 2019 to June 2019 concerning refund of Rs.50.30 crore and for the period between July to September 2019 concerning refund of Rs.52.43 crore.
