The expression of interest has been submitted by Jindal Power, owned by Worldone Pvt Ltd, a company owned by Naveen Jindal. It is unclear whether Jindal is looking to acquire the airline outright or act as a strategic investor. Go First has over ₹20,000 crore in claims from creditors and is running against the clock to resume its services.
